Natalie's SW Diary: every little detail including pictures

Good morning everyone!
So this is my second attempt at a food diary. I got fed up the last time and just stopped recording what I was eating, but that hadn't actually affected my weight loss.
Anyway, today is the day I start this food diary. I will record EVERYTHING I eat and will post some pictures.
I'll add my first day later on tonight.

Breakfast: toast - 2 slices small wholemeal (HEX B) with light butter (1.5) and some grapes.

Lunch: low fat super noodles with mushrooms and some sliced Mattessons low fat smoked sausage (3.5)

Dinner: smoked haddock potato salad - boiled potatoes and boiled smoked haddock. Sauce made from half fat creme fraiche (3), mustard, lemon juice, garlic and black pepper. Side salad of lettuce, red pepper, tomatoes and red onion.

Snacks: 1 Jaffa cake (2.5) and a milky way (5)

Total syns: 15.5

My lunch wasn't very nice, I've discovered I don't really like super noodles! But my dinner was delicious!! The first time I've made this and it was so good! I made enough for two servings so I'll have the second lot for lunch tomorrow. I over synned by 0.5 (whoops!) but I definitely enjoyed that milky way!
