This time I'll do it for my little angel!

Been dieting pretty much all my life with no success. (Mainly due to my will power being poo!) However this time I'll do it! I'm doing it to gain confidence and get healthy cos my little boy deserves a strong confident healthy mama!! He's 17 weeks so were into a bit of a routine now and I want to have a new way of eating well under my belt before I return to work in nov. I officially start tomorrow had a good read of books / websites and think I have a few meal ideas in my head to do a little food shop tomorrow! Eeeeaakkk! I'm actually excited!

Aw thank you! Day one went well to say I was very unorganized!

Breakfast - banana
Later breakfast (once little man was napping) - 2 slices wm bread (he.b) and 2 poached eggs
Dinner- sw wedges and half a tin of baked beans
Tea- chicken breast cooked with bake in the bag spices (2 syns) lots green vegies, handful of wedges left from dinner and half a tbsp of mayo (2.5 syns)
Also has a tea and a coffee so 2 syns for milk and 2 for sugar

Bought sweetener now, also didn't have he.a so suppose that coulda been my milk rarther than syns.

Done an alid shop too so should be ready to go!
