Hi,
Been totally faffing around with SW since forever!!! So I've decided that this time I'm going to make it work for me! Weighed in this morning at 10st 7!! My ideal target will be 9st 7, but I haven't managed to get below 9st 10.
Going away for a week in 3 weeks but I'm hoping to shift some before then and jump straight back on it when I get back with damage limitation while away. (She says)
I'm doing my syns over the week, starting today and will update food as I go.

Breakfast: HEXB oats, muller, fruit
HEXA milk allowance (drinks)
 
Lunch: sweet potato jacket n beans
Satsuma

14.5 syns yesterday on dinner then some sweeties. So happy I've stayed on plan.
HEXB egg on toast this morning :)
 
Morning: yesterday we had a family BBQ so had 33.5 syns. Had so much food, including dessert! 57 syns left for the week :)

Yesterday: lunch was a mushroom omelette n beans with ketchup (1 syn)
Dinner was fish in breadcrumbs, potatoes n veg with ketchup (10.5 syns)

Today: egg n bacon HEXB sandwich with ketchup (1syn)
Not sure about lunch but dinner is sausage casserole, sweet potato roasties n veg

Pasta n sauce (HEXA)
Rice Krispie square (5)
Snack a jacks curls (3)
Apple

Pork chops, salad, coleslaw n dressing (7)
