Breakfast: Pineapple chunks in juice (0)
Lunch: squares crisps (5.5)
Dinner: Spag Bol (0)
Snack: muller light (0)

B- soya latte with sweeteners
L- 2x warbie thins with ham, Turkey, lettuce and edam cheese. (Not sure of syns)
D- Spag Bol probably lol its my fave!
 
Sunday 21st sept

Didn't manage to get breakfast as was at a bowling comp with hubby.
This meant lunch was from a buffet, I had:
Half a bunch of grapes, 5 cocktail sausages, a slice of lemon Swiss roll, 1 piece of breaded chicken. Coke zero.

Dinner - Chicken fu yung, plain noodles and plain beansprouts.

So crap day but tried to make good choices for the Chinese for Tea. Back on properly tomorrow x
