What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

Similar to the "What's for breakfast/lunch/dinner?" and "What are you using your Syns on today?" threads, I thought it would be a good idea to share what we're using our Healthy Extra's for.

After a discussion at group a couple of weeks ago, it seems that quite a few of us get stuck in a bit of a rut with Healthy Extras and eat the same thing every single day. It can be a good idea to mix things up a bit, so some inspiration might help.

I'll start:

HExA: 3 x BabyBel Light
HExB: 2 x Rocky Road HiFi Light

So, what are you having today?
 
HeA: 60g Kerry Low Low Cheese spread, for vegetable risotto :)
HeB: WW petit pain
HeB: Hifi bar (doing a green day do having 2 B's!)
 
Having a green day and will be having

HEA - 375ml skimmed milk
HEA - 2 slices of lowlow burger cheese and one babybel light
HEB - Wholemeal pitta bread
HEB - hifi deluxe
 
Today I'm having...

HExA: 45g Reduced Fat Cheddar
HExB: 5 x OatBran
 
Green day

HexA: 1oz chedder, and skimmed milk for coffees
HexB: x2 alpen light bars
 
Today I'm having...

HExA: 45g Reduced Fat Cheddar
HExB: 5 x OatBran

My day ended up being Green, so I had 2 x Rocky Road HiFi Light as my second B choice! Yum :)
 
Another green day for me too! Think I may be hooked now :)

HExA: 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
HExA: 45g Reduced Fat Cheddar
HExB: 30g Chocolate All Bran
HExB: 30g Chocolate All Bran
 
My HE tend to be the same most days

HEA is always my skimmed milk allowance for the day

HEB either 2 x wholemeal bread from 400g loaf or 2x Rocky Road HiFi bar

Extra Easy today!

HExB: Weight Watchers Petit Pain
 
really excited as we finally managed to get hold of some extra lean mince, so going to try the babybel burgers

so my Healthy extra's today are

HEA - 2 babybel light and 1 lowlow cheese slice
HEB - wholemeal roll
 
great idea for a thread :)

HEB = All bran choc crunch stuff
HEA = 30g cheese
