ive found a few different threads on here explaining krafts philly light but they all differ. one says it has syns or its a hex a, others a hex b other posts are dated 2010 so im guessin not up to date info.

can someone make sure ive got this right please...

light plain philly 75g can be used as Hex A

flavoured light philly e.g chives 25g Hex B

or can the flavoured be used as.a Hex A now too?
and if i have to syn it 25g = 2 syns

any help appreciated

Its still only plain philly light as a HEA - 75g
Flavoured ones can be a HEB but only on the green plan

thanks!
theres a couple more things ide like to get right

does that include extra easy too?
if using a flavoured philly for Hex B isit 75g or 25g?
and am i correct in using 2 syns for 25g of a flavoured 1?

gosh there so many questions this is the only thing thats baffled me so far on sw lol

Plain philly light (75g) is a HEA on all plans

Flavoured is only a HEB on the green plan , on red or EE it would need to be synned and yes it would be 2 syn per 25g

The amount of flavoured philly you can have as a HEB on green depends on which one it is
Garlic and herb - 80g
CHives - 75g
Cucumber - 85g
Grilled peppers - 85g
Salmon and dill -85g
Spring onion and black pepper - 85g
Sundried tomato and basil - 75g
Sweet chilli - 80g

Hope that helps :)

I was so happy to see philli light isnt off limits lol I have it on wholemeal toast with banana and its now strangely my newest treat :) i actually look forward to my breakfast now.

i love using the philly light flavours in pasta so glad i can use as HEA

If u want garlic and herb or chive just use plain philly and add ur own garlic and herbs or chives and this is still classed as ur hex a.

Already made flavours must be synned as 25g = 2 syns although this is still alot!

Am gutted, I have been using for past couple of days the philli with garlic and herb as a hex A choice when I should have been syning it as am on eeasy ... x

Dont worry just change it now... i make my own flavoured ones now by adding peppers, garlic and herbs or chives to plain philly. its just as nice and can be used as a hex a!
