HEX A Milk in Tea dilemma

Hi all,

I work in an office, and we are always making tea for each other. I dont want to look odd by not having tea with everyone else (they know I am a big tea drinker) or by asking them to use my own separate milk (as its likely they will forget)

I have been just saying the 5 or so teas I have a day use up my Healthy Extra A - is this likely to be right, or should I cut out the tea and milk? I have tried like green tea and others, but its builders all the way for me.

Why don't you make your own cup of tea then. Measure out your alllowance and take it with you in a little bottle, then you can add as little or as much as you like.

At group a couple of weeks ago we were having a discussion, and our consultant said that often one of the most common reasons for gains is not always due to over synning, but by not accurately measuring healthy extras. Just something to consider.

What about the little pots of long life milk? Could keep some in your draw and just ask for a black tea then you can add your own milk x

I have the same problem but I have experimented at home on my days off by measuring out my milk and I've found that as long as I don't have cereal with milk on a certain day then I never use up all of my milk allowance (I have about 5 brews total per day but drink skimmed so the limit is 350ml). If I was to have cereal on a particular day then I would measure out the milk for this and then syn it.

Is it semi skimmed milk? WHOLE milk (175ml) gets me four coffees a day and I like it milky, so I would imagine 5 cups of tea is about right x
