Cheese as a healthy extra.... everyday!?

I'm not really a fan of anything other than cheese on the list!

Has anyone lost weight well with having cheese everyday for their healthy extra?

Yup! Lost over 3 stone and have cheese as my HExA every single day. I do try and mix it up a bit though between reduced fat cheddar, babybels, cheesestrings, low low cheese spread, etc.
 
Why not after all people have milk every day without any problem. But there are so many different cheeses on the list it would be a crime not to make the most of them ;)

Always have cheese as a HE and syn the dashes of milk I have in my 2 regular cups of tea a day :)
 
I pretty much always have cheese - low low or Cheddar

Occasionally koko milk or the chocolate koko milk..scrum!

I love cheese as my hea choice - I do red days mostly and have 2 lots of cheese every day! I don't really have a lot of milk.

My favourite thing about overnight oats this week has been that spare hexa as I've not used milk at breakfast time :p grated cheese on all the things!
