Healthy A's

As I am doing Red and Green days I do believe I get 2 Healthy A's and 2 Healthy B's per a day? Do I HAVE to have 2 of eat every day to lose?

The A is the one I'm struggling to get 2 in. Can I double up my milk allowance, so use both Healthy A's on just milk ? Or should I have 1 A milk, the other A Cheese?

Also is 1% Fat Milk 280ML per Healthy A? I've just finished my 1st week and weighed in with only 1/4 of a pound loss so I am trying to work out where I am going wrong.

Hi Smuffin, it's a good idea to try and eat your HE's, they give your body calcium and fibre, for a balanced diet it's good not to miss them out. On green you can have 2A's and 2B's, but its not necessary that you have all of them. If you only want milk then you can double up that's not a problem. Sorry I'm not sure about the 1% milk. To boost your losses, try and make sure you are eating plenty of free and superfree foods with all your meals to bulk them up and keep you full all day, mainly lots of fresh fruit and veg. Hope this has somewhat helped. :)

You will find when looking n the book re Red days it says 1 or 2 healthy A`s but 2 B`s.

Try putting a dairy on here and see if anyone can see what you are having. You can have too little but of course although items are free, it is in moderation,

Good luck x

Thanks so much! Good to know I don't HAVE to have so much milk and that if I want to the option is there lol. Didn't know if maybe doubling up so both A's were milk it would be too much milk in one day.

So I HAVE to have 2 B's on a red day? Noted! :D I managed that today for a change anyway with my weetabix and whole meal roll :)

I already have a diary on here :)
