Hi, I read somewhere that the hex b of 6 ryvita crackerbreads is not a healthy extra b anymore. Can anyone confirm? TIA

Yes that's right they changed the recipe

Yep they are not on the list anymore assuming you are talking about the wholegrain ones. Nutritional testing has become more accurate over time to the point that they have slipped under the 3g fibre required to be a HEB. Still worth 1 syn a slice though
