Warburton thins

Hi I've been shopping today and was going to pick up some Warburton thins but after asking on a fb group if they r a health b 2 people said yes and 2 people said they were synned any ideas please

They aren't a hex

Seeded and white thins are 5 syns and the brown ones are 5.5 syns

That's a shame, they're delicious and give the impression of being a bit better (fat wise) than normal bread.
