Hi

a quick questions I have had 2 x Ryvita Crackerbread wholegrain with my lunch today (I should have 6) my question is could I have 1 or 2 original Ryvita when I get home from work with Cheese (HA) as a snack?

would you say 1 would be enough?

teach me not to have the same things at work and home :sigh:

Thanks sarah

Hi!

Hmmmm, I cant find Ryvita Crackerbread wholegrain on the healthy extra list on the SW Website.

Do you go to SW group or do the plan from home?? Maybe these are no longer a healthy extra??

I would probably just syn the 2 crackers you had at work I doubt they are more than 1 syn each. Then you could have your whole hb and ha properly I.e crackers and cheese or cheese on toast. Double check the ryvitas are hb before you use them though :)

The ryvita crackerbread is no longer a healthy extra. I found this out when I rejoined and was gutted - used to love having them with laughing bell extra light, ham and tomatoes! A lot of the other Ryvitas still are though! :)

They are 1 syn each though so easy to just syn then have your HexB properly! :)

:( :( noooo I checked on hear by seaching a thread before having damn should he have checked the post date !! okay will syn and have normal HeB.

Thanks for response

Thanks I do from home I used to go to group for about a year then went back to work and groups are just not convenient around my hours and the groups in town (London) is a drop in so no one stays they weigh and go and I can do that at home :) loved my local group when I was able to attend.

Have noted the HeB no longer includes these thanks Sarah

Argh.....I did SW a year ago. Before I joined I went and brought the ryvita cracker reads as I loved how many you could have and loaded them up with HE cheese, and maybe ham, chicken, cucumber and tomatos. Only found out today when I registered on SW site, exploring all the healthy extras, that they are not HE anymore. I have a box in my cupboard! That'll teach me to assume the HE stays the same!

might give the flavoured Finn crisp a go if I can find them! X

Don't panic - they are no longer listed as a B but not because the recipe changed but because they just used a more accurate way of calculating the nutritional value. I would use that box up and then not buy them any more (that's a lie, I tweak them as a B but that's my problem), it's different if the recipe or serving size has changed IMO.

Oo that's good to know SallyV thanks. Tend to agree with you about using them as a HE. I assumed that the recipe had changed, but as it hasn't and I lost weight having them as a HE last time I'll continue using them for now.

I noticed that there were quite a few less crackerbreads on the list as a HE, perhaps due to This new way of calculating nutritional value?!

thanks for the info x
