Back on track pregnancy diary - 10 weeks to go!

As the title says really. I am almost 30 weeks pregnant with my second little girl and I cannot seem to stay on track. I have only been joined up 4 weeks but I only properly stuck to it the first week.

I have been really hormonal crying and angry the last few days and I have found myself thinking stuff it and eating everything I know I shouldn't. What can I do to try and stay on track more? It doesn't help that the consultant isn't very good and the group isn't motivational at all. Any advice appreciated x

It's rather quiet in here! I think I have myself a good talking to yesterday and I have been on plan all day so far :) B: chopped banana, toffee muller light and a hi if bar (b) Snack - a microwaved plain potato. Filled the spot and stopped me reaching for the choc! L: aldi rye crispbreads (b) with cottage cheese and cucumber. WW dessert yoghurt Snack - 2 mini babybel (a) and grapes. 1 random sweet from my daughter. (1 syn)
Dinner was chicken stir fry all free then I had a danio yoghurt (1 syn), options hot choc (2 syns), curly wurly (6 syns) and a bag of aldi cheese curls (3 syns) so 13 syns overall. Yay to being on plan!

I think like you said give yourself a good talking to lol I had to sit down & do this myself in the first week when I had a binge & was so annoyed with myself but luckily it got me on track,also maybe write a few reasons down why it is so important to you to lose weight or not gain whatever you are trying to do.I ballooned in my pregnancy & its not nice after the birth with so much weight to lose when you just want to concentrate on your baby.Goodluck :) pregnancy does increase appetite in most so you are doing pretty well by your stats x
 
Thanks tamkat :) I just don't want to do what I did in my last pregnancy and gain way more than I should have by eating loads of crap 'because I could' !
Oops think my stats will need changing not changed them for years lol I'm not sure how to change them or. Though? Can't see anything on my profile x
 
If you go to settings top right then edit profile on left hand side you can change all your details x All the best for the the next 10 weeks x
 
Thanks I still can't figure it out on my phone. I will have a look when on the computer. So far today:

B: 2 weetabix(b) with milk(a) and sweetener and a mixed fruit salad

L: pasta, bacon, onions and Philly extra light (a) and a we dessert yoghurt

Then it all went downhill and I had a sweet popcorn and some jellies at the cinemas :-( dread to think what the syns were but it was my treat night as I haven't been out of the house without dd for months. Hey ho onwards and upwards x

Hey, congrats and good luck with rest of it all.
I've been doing sw throughout my pregnancy but still gained lots!


(Most active ladies are in the pregnancy without pounds group on the main part of forum. x)

aww my baby boy was due 2nd june last yr he arrived a week late on 9th.Goodluck with your journey x
 
This ones due 2nd June... My first son was due 1st June and came on due date!!

Thanks for your replies ladies! I have still been gaining the last couple of weeks but only a few pounds, I know if I didn't do slimming world I would have put on a lot more by now!

Good luck with your new arrival u can now officially say you are due next month :) x

I am 28 weeks and 3days pregnant woy mt second baby as well.. I have a lil boy who will b 5 in november we have been told were expecting a girl woohoo!!
