Pregnancy Changes in plan? Don't yet want to tell consultant Im pregnant

Morning all..
Ive been doing SW for ages and ages now and since becoming pregnant its a real struggle and I'm finding it hard to stick to the diet whatsoever.

Can someone confirm for me the changes in plan when you're pregnant? Im only eight weeks and dont want to tell my consultant yet but feel if I knew more about what to expect with the pregnancy plan Id get on better with it...

The only difference is your allowed 2x HEA and HEB. I told my consultant straight away when I found out and she told me to get a form so my midwife can sign it off each time I see her. Other than that I can't see anything different.
