Beef Stroganoff - Any idea's??!!

Hi All,

Had a quick look through the thread but can't seem to find a recipe.

I guessing i can do lean beef strips with onion, mushroom and garlic and use vff yog or creme fraiche - what do you think?? Can i use mustard powder?? The OH has requested it but i want to make an sw version so i can eat it to..

You could do this - just substitute for SW friendly stuff eg frylight, extra stock instread of the wine, and yoghurt/fromage frais instead of the cream. You would need to add that at the very end as it won't stand boiling though.
