Cauliflower cheese help ASAP please.

Was about to make cauliflower cheese - except adding brocolie and bacon, however, its just dawned on me i cant remember the sw recipe i saw and dont even know how to make a full fat version to modify my own way, what the hell do i do? im hungry and im on a red day, so i need some help asap! LOL xxx
 
Sorry I've just searched the SW website & couldn't find it & don't know it off top of my head :(
 
I like to mix quark with grated cheese and put that on top of the cooked cauli and whack it in the oven till it all melts :)

The full fat version is made with white sauce and cheese x
 
I have this SW Recipe but it is high syns - 7.5 per serving:

28g flour
1.2 pint veg stock
4oz grated cheese
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp flat leaf parsley
salt & pepper

whisk the flour into the stock, pour into a small pan & cook until thickened, stir in the cheese & continue to cook until melted, add the dijon mustard & parsley, season to taste & serve.

This is actually a cheese sauce recipe but it should work ok.
 
Ouch! well.. iv made one up by myself. its 2 HEALTHY EXTRA A's on Green on without the bacon, or 2 healthy extra a's on red or ee.


5 table spoons of vlf natural yog, 1 egg, 1 tsp of mustard powder. beat together, mix in 28g of chedder, 42g of mozzerela. pour over cauliflower and brocolie.. then top with a mix of a further 28g of chedder and 42g of mozzerela, season with pepper and put in oven till golden and brown on top.. then grill bacon till crispy, cut up into 'chunk' like shapes and place over the bake once served onto plates.

i served mine with chopped carrots, suger snap peas and gravey YUM

p.s it was absoloutly ****ing gorgeous, im actually very impressed somthing so simple tasted so fab, and it didnt taste like a 'fake' cauliflower bake, id have it over the full fat version i had last sunday, honestly!

I have this recipe in the SW little book of sauces - you use the cheese as your healthy extra and then it is 1.5 syns. The recipe serves 4 and I use it for cauliflower cheese:)
 
Aldi do a frozen cauli cheese, and it is absolutely lovely. It's 3.5 syns for a quater of the pack, which is a really generous amount. Highly recommend it.
