It really is I tried it about half an hour ago and wow really nice :D

Yes in the mug as it rises in the microwave and once finished you can tip it out onto a plate and top it with fat free fromage frais or any other syn free topping...:D

Oh my god I can't wait to try it, going to buy a load of options tom.
I'm such a chocoholic lol
Thanks :) x

i've just done my online shop to include the options so I don't run out again lol... Asda are doing them 3 for £1 or 5 for £1 depending on the flavours :D

lol...no it tastes like chocolate pudding :D you have to mix it up and do some work to get it there but a quick whisk with a fork the 60 seconds in the microwave and hey presto you have a lovely sweet tooth soother lol..

OMG this is amazing, thank you. Just made a devoured it within 5 minutes easily. Mine was a bit tough after 1 min in a 800w microwave. Did anyone else find the same. I'm not complaining though can see this becoming a daily dessert at only 2 syns : )

Thanks for sharing this I just made it with the hazelnut options and it was so nice.
After reading post above I cooked mine for 50 secs in 800w micro and it was fine. It smelt like the steamed puddings in the tins :)
Will be a regular for me x

Glad your enjoying the new instant pudding, it will be a regular part of my syns per day that is for sure....So simple and scrummy :D

Sounds yum :) will have to get some options next time I'm shopping. What flavours work best??

Will definitely have to try that. One of my favourite desserts is the chocolate orange jellies sw recipe. As long as you don't add grated chocolate to the top they come in at 1.5 syns and they're great to fix that chocolate craving.

1 sachet hartleys sugar free jelly crystals - orange
300g fat free natural yogurt
2tbsp sweeter
28g cocoa powder

Make up jelly with quarter of pint boiling water then when completely dissolved top up with cold water to three quarters of a pint.

In a bowl mix natural yogurt, sweeter and cocoa powder and mix until combined.

When jelly is cool mix into yogurt mixture.

Pour into 4 separate containers, i have ramekin dishes that work well and leave in fridge to set.

There you have 4 fab desserts at 1.5 syns each.

Does anyone else know any low syn desserts that are good for beating a chocolate craving?
