EE slimming world quiche

Just thought I'd share one of my favourites with you all :eek:
This is free on extra easy.

ingredients

3eggs
extra low fat cottage cheese (usually use a normal sized pot)
ham
pasta N sauce (I use the cheese and broccoli)

first I cooked my pasta and sauce I only use water to make it, once cooked I spray a round tin with a small amount of fry light to stop sticking, I whisk 3 eggs in a jug and add cottage cheese to it, mix a bit more and add chopped ham and continue to mix. I pour the pasta and sauce into the tin to act like a base and pour the egg mixture over the top evenly, I some times add tomatoes but u can use what ever you fancy (onions, mushrooms, peppers etc) I then bake in a pre heated oven at 200c for 30-40mins until it is solid
i eat hot or cold with salad and sw chips, makes a nice easy lunch and I usually snack on the leftovers in the evening.
