Late night snacking.

All my life I've had "supper", a snack just before bed and a cup of tea.

I know eating late isn't a good idea, but if I don't have something I go to bed feeling hungry.

Usually I have a couple of slices of buttery toast or something.

Fruit or cereal don't do it for me, snack should preferably be savoury.

Any ideas what I could have that is either free or very low syn?
 
If you have spare syns or heb you could make some eggy bread or french toast? X
 
I agree that mugshots are a good choice...or maybe some cooked meat, like ham or chicken slices? Sometimes I only need a slice of ham and that is enough to make it feel like I've eaten something :)
 
I'm an insomniac, late night eating has been part of my 6 stone loss! I mainly do green days, some red. So have 4 healthy extras.
I use one for milk all day. Then save my hex A B's for supper plus all of my syns, or most of them. My rule is any snacking during the day or in front of the tv is fruit only.
For suppers I have ryvita, laughing cows, free yogurt cheese? Mini ryvita. 2 hifi bars. Milky coffee and 4 kellogs nutri grain breakfast biscuits.
60 g roll wholemeal toasted or sandwich.
Red days seafood sticks, pickles, ham. Some times I save some free food tea and microwave that too :)
