Quark recipes

Hi, I have 2 tubs of quark sat in the fridge which need using up. Does anyone have any recipes which use quark in them? Sweet or savoury is fine. Thanks

make them into a cheese cake by mixing with sweetener and a chocolate options, I add raspberries as well. warm 2 alpen lights in the micro to soften and squish together to make a chewy base and put the quark mix on top. I have a ring that I form mine in, just helps keep it all together. it's a lovely pud for only 1 HEXB and 2 syns.
