Syn free (or close to) Houmous

Does anyone have a recipe for houmous? I have run out of my wraps and there are still none in my local Asda so I'm a bit desperate for lunch tomorrow. I have a can of chick peas so wondered if there was a good recipe out there. The houmous pots I used to use are 9 Syns
