I have found a recipe online for Bang Bang chicken noodle salad which looks incredible and I wondered if anyone could tell me the syn count in it? I am assuming its not free even on EE as it had peanut butter in?

There's a version online which says 9 syns for whole dish. 3 chicken breasts, 2 table low fat peanut butter. Web: slimmingworld.blogspot.co.uk.

I have the book but that recipe is not in it....I've just looked through it, sorry!

Ooops edit that....just found it!!

It says 1 syn on EE
7.5 on GREEN
7.5 on RED

Brilliant, thanks guys.

I think I will buy this book ...I have the curry one but I think this one might be better as I love Noodles.

Its my favourite sw cookbook. The Thai Green Chicken curry is delicious and the Chicken Chow Mein is better than any you would find in a Chinese restaurant. It seems dear at first getting all the spices/sauces etc but once you've got them they never need all replacing together
