I am doing a red day today but haven't got any ideas what to do for tea. I want to use mince and I haven't used any HEX and have used 2 syns.

What about making burgers? You could use your HEx's for the rolls/cheese?
Or chilli? You could have stuffed peppers if you like them and save your HEb?
Ww pitta bread are good for "pizza"- could have spicy mince "pizza"?x

Well, the B anyway...could have grated cheese melted on top of the peppers?
Big Mac in a bowl is great for red days too to use mince up x

I ended up going with Big Mac in a Bowl. Id never had it before and it was fab. Then I had 2 benefit bars (actually 1 1/2 as the toddler stole some) and some fruit but Im definitely doing the stuffed peppers next red day
