My top 5 main meals are
-Salmon, broccoli, new potatoes, samphire and 1 tblspn SW chilli sauce -2 syns
-Nigella's bacon burgers (easily adapted to SW, extra lean mince beef, 1 tblspns each of Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and 0% Greek yog) topped with smoked bacon, sliced tomatoes, frylighted onions and mushrooms and 2 slices of 'plastic' cheese! -A choice
-Chicken fajitas; marinate cubed chicken in lime juice, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, cumin, ground coriander and half a teaspoon of smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Frylight onions and peppers and serve with a Bfree wrap (B choice) 0% Greek yog, homemade syn free salsa and A choice of cheese (I then have another Bfree wrap as they come in at 5 syns!)

-Tuna spaghetti with olives -frylight chopped onion, big handful frozen peppers, add tin tomatoes, tin of tuna, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, teaspoon mixed herbs, salt and pepper and a ladle of the pasta cooking water, once the pasta's cooked. Serve with the cooked spaghetti and 8 chopped olives (1 syn) I also add a few drops of Tabasco -you could add dried chilli flakes with the tomatoes if cooking for adults not children ?
