LOSE BINGO WINGS! 30 Day ARMS Challenge! .

Summer(what summer?) always makes me more aware of the tops of my arms and having been complaining about this I saw a post(Thanks jojogonnabeslim!) about a 30 day challenge that may help so am going to give it a whirl and wondered if anyone else fancied joining in and supporting each other?

I'm measuring today and starting tomorrow :)

lol at the wing span :-D I might take a pic too. My arms were 31.5cm when I measured on 13th so I'll check them again tonight as well.

I might take a picture of my wing span and see if can see any improvement after the challenge lol

Thats exactly what I'm doing. I'll take measurements of mine and snaps. Another thing to measure is your waist. Sounds silly but you're going to be doing planks and that helps your tum! Xx

Good plan - ill measure waist & wings when I get home & take pics (not sharing pics though!)

Got the waist measurement too. Not sure if measured arms right though lol

I totally need to do it! I'm going away in 3 weeks so not 30 days but I can do it before then. Will do some of it at the gym tonight xx
 
Aww nice one hun all proud i found us something good to do
Anyway 1/30 done.......cannot do full on press ups :-( managed 5 so at least i can build up on that did the rest on my knees though! X
 
1/30 done and bingo wing picture taken :) arms are still 31.5cm. Im a weakling when it comes to push ups! X
 
Did my first day last night - bit rubbish at press-ups and that 30-second plank is the longest 30 seconds I've ever experienced!
