Ok sitting here doing the quackulations :)

To get my ideal goal weight it means 1.5lb a week for 39 weeks

This will get me to 11st2 for New Years 2014.

Equating to a 58lb Weight loss.

Weigh in is on a Thursday

I have limited activity due to Fibromyalgia, Chronic pain and Bi Lateral Rotator Cuff disease. My goal is to take some of the burden my body has for my weight.

I will have good and bad weeks & maintains too but as long as I can level it out to equate a 1.5lb weekly loss I am laughing.

Wish this yoyo dieter luck :) I am so going to need it (And some motivation!)

Thank you. This week will be a bit of a sore subject!... I am also being naughty and weighing at home and I have gained by my scales :( Sob Sob!
 
My scales don't tempt me often lol as they weigh heavier than boots and slimming world ! Keep going wan hopefully next week will be better
 
I managed to lose 2.5 last week and will be off to weigh in in a few hours. This week was OK and i feel i did OK but once again my scales say I have a BIG gain tonight. So expecting gain not as big as I see on my scales but a gain non the less :(

Pick myself up, dust myself down and Try again next week x
 
I weigh in tomorrow's and as was ill at beginning of week am not expecting much.
U may do better than u think and as u say tomorrow will start again xxx good luck

I had a horrendous week and didnt deserve a loss but I am not complaining! :)

Speed Soup and lots of speed Fruit seemed to have helped me :)

Same again this week after a terrible long weekend

Just a half off last night but it's off and not on so thats fine by me :)
