Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Meeeee!!

I started at 11st 5 forever ago. I hit the 9s in October and managed to avoid slipping back into the 10s over Christmas, but have been hovering at the top end since then. I'm the same as you, 9st 8 at the moment. Not quite sure where I'm aiming for as I'm naturally 'curvy' and don't want to lose too much of my boobs and bum (!), but certainly want to be at the bottom of the 9s if not the 8s!!
 
Hi, another 9.8 here, started at 10.11 but would love to get to 9 stone, the weight I was before I got pregnant.....not sure if this is even possible! Would love to be in the 8's but daren't let myself believe it's possible! Red week for me this week, find I have better losses with them. What plan is everyone else following?
 
Haha, I'm the same! As I was typing I thought, crikey, as if I'm in the 9s, let alone thinking about 8s!

I'm on a red week as well, I've been struggling with losses and gained last week despite being completely on plan, but did mostly green days. So I'm having a few weeks of experimenting with syns and plans to see what works best for me!
 
Hi, i just squeezed into the 8's, last week infact. and it feels great. :) I mainly do EE but have had a few green days.
however i have been quite confused, my bum seems to have got smaller and my boobs bigger - not complaining though!

In my dreams I'd love to be 8 or 9 stone :roofles:!!!!!

This thread is going to be full of a lot of short people like me!

I've just reached the 8s again - want to be 8 stone exactly but I will be calling target at 8 stone 2 to give me some realistic leeway.
 
Well I am a whopping 5ft 3!! Don't think 8 stone is realistic for me but would love to get to 8.5.... Not going to happen for a while if yesterday's antics are anything to go by, but it was bothers day so I figure I deserved it! Back on it today though, 100%.
 
Im in the 10s wanting to get to 9 stone, only been on SW a week though, hope I am 9 stone by my holiday in July!
 
Im just into the 9s, 9 stone 13 and at the mo my target is to be 9 stone. I started at 10 stone 7.5 in jan, I haven't lost tons but around a pound a week but I am happy with that! I am 5ft 2 so I'm a shorty too! If I'm honest I could stick to the diet better than I do and loose quicker and also do more exercise but I'm happy that I've lost what I have lost so far!
 
I'm currently 10.8 desperately trying to get into the 9's. Started at 11.12 on 14th jan 2011. Any tips for this desperately seeking 9's ? :)
 
I'm 9st 12lb and would love to be in the top end of the 8's. I've been back on plan (mostly) this year, although there was about a month where I was starting to lose it a a bit with syns midweek. I've really got focussed on exercise this year, and have lost more inches that lbs, doing an exercise class 6 days a week. Feeling happy and healthy, and looking better than for a long time. I know that last stone will be difficult to shift, but don't mind the scenic route (too much).

And yes - I'm another shorty!
 
Me! Me! Me! I started at just under 13 stone and I'm now 9 and a half. Surprisingly, my skin is not saggy AT ALL. However I would love to be able to get down to the 8 stones. Ha! Does anyone else feel like this time last year they would of laughed at the suggestion of themselves being anywhere near 9 stone never mind 8 stone today yet this now seems a very real possibility? Hehe :D

Im short too 5 1.
Start weight was 11st 4lb
Last year got down to 8st 12lb, took a break!
Then re started this year at 10st 6lb
Now I'm down a little 10st 1lb, almost back in the 9s
I just wont stay on track and reach my target weight this time. im not so worried how long it going to take, because its going to be harder to maintain weight, then loose it.

WHat are your food diaries like if any of you who are 9st doing EE?

Thinking maybe if I follow your food diary because I ama similar weight (adding a few pounds ha) I might get some better losses. I think I make my portions far too big atm for pasta and rice.
 
I am trying desperatley to reach 9 Stone or anything down to 8 stone 10lbs - I started off the year at 9 stone 10lbs :( im around 9 stone 8lbs now!

Finding it harder to loose the closer I get to 9 stone, always the same!
