Good luck instead of saying if it doesn't work this tunes that's it. Why don't you ordered muse yourself you will never rejoin sw again I.e no matter how tough it gets you keep going to group and staying it was the promise I made myself this time and hopefully it seems to have worked

i think ive figured out what youre saying... (oh the wonders of auto correct lol)

Ive been back and forth to this so many times over the last 15 years and everytime i start im fatter than i was before. I go through cycles of shame, eat, shame, eat, shame, resolution, slimming world, weight loss, eat eat eat, weight gain, shame, eat , shame , eat , resolution ,slimming world, lose weight etc etc etc etc on and on and on..... I need to say that this is it. I need to do it or, i dont know what ill do actually. such frustration and shame and guilt and annoyance in myself. Its so simple isnt it. eat healthily and excercise and you will lose weight. sounds so easy. why isnt it easy????

argh, ranty pants took over.

I have the same feelings at times. The amount of different diets I keep trying but I do feel that this time is the last. I guess you need to be honest with yourself about what is going to motivate you this time, be sure you are ready this time. If you truly are ready then plan menu for week ahead, do a food or weight loss diary each day on here for that extra support boost. I have a photo that I use to remind me of what i have been and what I can be again. Ita not easy but day at a time, good luck x
 
You can do it! Just remember you've got a whole community of people on here to support you, and no doubt lots of friends and family who love you and will help you to stay on track. You know that it works if you keep coming back to SW, the tricky bit is keeping the weight off but you just need to get yourself in that mindset and change your lifestyle rather than see it as a diet. C'mon! :)

If you have done it before, you can do it again. You have tons of resources at your fingertips now; this forum, probably a FaceBook group for your SW Group, the SW website, Apps, a myriad of other things and lots of people here who are rooting for you! :party0011::wee:
It may be worth doing some of the mental exercises SW have suggested on the site. The for and against list may take about 30 mins to do but can be really important, especially to get your goals in mind and get your focus going. (Pro Tip: Have a box of tissues handy as lots of people find the waterworks going off due to the emotional nature of the task)

I have done other diets/healthy eating plans and have had the most success on SW. Your best bet is to put reminders around your house to keep you motivated. I have a dry-wipe weekly food planner on my fridge to help me plan my days and meals and keep my awards stuck to the fridge with magnets. When I get to my target, I will have at least one picture in my house of the expression on my face when I have achieved that as even now, with 3-4st to go, I feel fantastic.

As a Target member, you will be able to go for free and this in my opinion is the most important thing; you lost the weight, now you have the support to help you keep it off and the ideas which come from your IMAGE therapy sessions.

Good Luck at your Weigh-In, I really hope that you get a fantastic loss and this spurs you on to get down to the dream weight you want to be and keep the weight off for good! :fingerscrossed::cross::D

well done on your amazing first weigh in result. I had my first weigh in on Wednesday and at first I had lost 6.5lbs but boy did I want that sticker so I asked if I could step on again, so I did that and leaned forward a bit and it pinged to 7lbs off! :D

The best part about losing for me is that because I see it coming off, I'm more likely to stick to it and contniue to get those losses :)
