Re-starting SW for the millionth time. Really gotta get with it this time!!

My goals are -

  • Reach target within a month and a half.
  • Buy a sexy halloween costume for halloween party. (30th Oct)
  • Not gain weight during my 6 day trip to Prague.(20th of Oct) (this should prove difficult as last time I was there EVERYTHING was tempting. The desserts mmm and the maincourses and breakfasts are all very carb based!)
  • Be confident in my swimsuit in Dubai. (1st of Nov)(It'll be easier to maintain in Dubai as it'll be too hot to eat bready things. Lots of fruit. NOMNOM!)
  • Cut down smoking. (So far so good thanks to mammy's new 'no smoking in the house' rule!)
  • Learn to cook spag bol and a stir fry. (Just learned to cook diet coke chicken :))
  • Do not drink even so much as a drop of non-diet drinks.
  • Go at least 2 weeks without saying 'ahh sure I'll go back on the diet tomorrow' before eating the entire contents of a sweet shop. (starting out small here!! :p)
  • Be more active on Minimins! I used to feel so bad everytime I stopped the diet so I'd not come back on for ages. This time it's different. I'm going to own up everytime I over-indulge and just get on with it!! I need to support the friends I've made on here :)

I had an extremely long and busy day in work yesterday so sadly it was just quick food everywhere! Disappointed I didn't go for the Pepsi MAX instead of the regular redbull! Oh well. It's a new month today :)

Overall I felt good about today. I'm slowly but surely getting back on it. Disappointed over the extra juicy chews! I could have just stuck to the mentos!! Only 1 syn over at least. Wish I had have bought more onion for the dinner to bulk it out but I'm only going to have half a pouch of the rice so even things out. Don't get paid til the 10th and running low on money so can't get my usual fruit and veg (ridiculously expensive over here!!) but if I lose even 2 lbs this week I'll be delighted. Also, my mother has quit smoking so I can't smoke in the house anymore. It's made me cut down loaaads. I'm saving money, I don't get headaches as much and my room doesn't smell like an ashtray. Yummy vanilla instead. Overall a good two days so far! Less sweeties tomorrow though!

Goals for this month - Lose 8 lbs, get a sexy halloween costume ;)

Breakfast; Mullerlight
Lunch; Muller light and a Roast Veg pasta pot (0syn)
Dinner; Left over Diet Coke Chicken from yesterday (0syn)
Snacks; Tic Tacs(3syns) mentos(7syns) Fruitella(3syns)

TOTAL SYNS - 13 Syns.
Have to do better on my syns tomorrow :) I will do it! Feeling very full today thanks to the pasta pot and the DietCC :) Hectic day in work as usual :( Can't wait to get paid so I can have some FRUIT!!! (Never thought I'd say that!)

Yeah, I made the mistake of buying multipacks of fruitella and mentos! I was the same yesterday. I had yet another busy day in work yesterday so I had ;
Breakfast ; Mullerlight (I can't bring myself to eat much more at 4am!)
Lunch; Pasta pot (1/2 syn) Diet redbull.
Dinner; Rashers in frylight on 2 slices toast (HEX B)
Snacks; Pack of mentos AND Fruitella(14 syns), funsize bounty bar (6.5 syns) and like 4 jellies (4 syns)

TOTAL SYNS ; 24.5 :O Disgraceful! I think I got a little too overexcited at losing 3 lbs!
Really can't wait to get paid and have more fruit and veg. At least I'll feel a little better then!. All in All, I really didn't eat alot from 4am til 9.30 pm.. I ate like a quarter of the sweets I'd usually eat, so I'm getting there, slowly. Boyfriend will cook me a good dinner tonight :)
 
Had a crazy weekend again. Totally non-SW friendly. Today however I slightly got back on track when in work.

B- half a ham & cheese sandwich on brown bread, handful of crisps (I was in a cafe! 2 syns)
L- Melon, pineapple, toffee muller light.
D- Pasta Pot (1.5 syns)
S- Mini sweets, (8syns)

Total Syns - 11.5 syns.
