Hi everybody,

Have decided to start an all new pregnancy diary because I have been so far off plan it's untrue. But as of today I shall start afresh I'm nearly 18 weeks so plenty of time to do damage control!!
So for today.......

Breakfast bacon sausage grilled tomato hash brown
Lunch salad box with ham and low fat mayo
Dinner diet coke chicken with rice and salad

H ex a milk x2
H ex b bread

Syns sausages 2 hash brown 2 mayo 4 m&m 12 (20)

Breakfast. Toast with tomato and onion gravy (green peppers added in too)
Lunch jacket pot cheese ham apple
Dinner tomato soup with slice bread shape yogurt

Oh dear just had 2 shortbread fingers taking syn total to 30 for today.
Will have to cut back by a couple each day to make up for it :)

Am going to try keeping the syns low this weekend as I'm feeling that I'm putting the weight on far too quickly in this pregnancy BUT to make sure my body isn't missing out I'm gonna go wild with the super free and calcium cheese yogurt and such :) x

Going to take Imogen for a nice long walk in the fresh air today it's very crisp outside!! Hopefully blow the cobwebs away :) x
 
Ok so I'm writing this cause I need something to read back when I'm having a funny 5 mins re food :)
I'm tired of bingeing then saying "oh ill eat what I want today and then be good tomorrow" lets face it miss Fiona that NEVER happens!!
I'm now 18+5 weeks pregnant and if I don't sort myself out now I will end up huge like I did with my little girl and I will end up crying about it when I have 4 stone to lose when baby is born!!! To date I have put on 7.5lbs and I need to be good from now on and do damage control so I put on a reasonable amount for rest of my pregnancy!!
I also think a half hour walk a day won't hurt me at all so all in all I need to quit being lazy and a little piglet and sort myself out!!!!!!

Tough love welcome but go easy I'm hormonal :) xxxx

Really craving chocolate but I'm determined to be good so I had a shape yogurt instead!! I'm very proud of myself right now. X
 
Well it's rare I use the A for anything but milk but definitely 2 proper slices of toast is a winner and not those teeny ones :) x
