hiiii new weight loss diary!!!!
in one week im turning 24 and its time to stop being unhappy!!!! its new years day and im in bed ont ownsome all snuggled up. I finished work at 10 but im that unhappy, self concious, lazy that i turned down peoples offers and came straight home to an empty (both housemates gone back to families for christmas) cold (boilers broken) house.

ive decided enough is enough! i know im going to go to weigh in on thurs with a gain but im ready for it because in the last 2 weeks ive stuffed my face

i have also just bought a fit bit one (christmas/birthday present for me) which should be here on thursday very excited

also signed up for a 5k in august which i want to be able to run without stopping :D

my first goal is club 10 which is 10st 7.5lb i want to get to that by at least feb/march :) havent really got an overall weight loss target yet

i want to stop saying no to friends and have more of a social life

i want pizza to stop ruining my diet and (could say) my life ive had 6 in the last two weeks its a horrible addiction which i love i want to be able to have 0/1 per month

Have you tried making your own pizzas? I use a warburtons square wrap 8 syns) BBQ sauce (1) hea cheese and free toppings and its honestly really tasty!
I couldn't believe how good it was, really satisfied my pizza craving xx
 
hey thanks :) i know i really wanna get there.... i feel really motivated got a 2013 journal and planning my meals and that :)

yeah ive made them loadsa times and i love them with butternut squash chips :)

the thing is i get my pizza cravings about one in the morning when i finish work when i dont want to cook, ive even just tried to block the pizza sites off google chrome but cant work out how to do it :(

bought a fitbit last night which aswell as your exercise it tracks your sleep so im hoping it will help me just want to get into bed after work haha and going to try and have a more fruit or something a bit later in the day at work at 9/10pm to stop the cravings :)

been look back through facebook pics and in the last year i went from 12st to 10st9lbs to 11st 5lbs to 10st 13lbs then back to 11st 9 then 11st then 11st 7 then 11st 2 and now im 11st 7!!!! this yoyo dieting cannot be good for me!!!

2013 will only see me getting smaller

this pic is me at 11st 7lbs.... i can see in my face im bigger... and i know my stomach is nearly getting that belt to open hehe hopefully when i get smaller i can see it in pics to inspire me :D xx also would like to not wear black its all i own haha

food diary for today... trying to get as much off as possible for weigh in on thurs... green day :D

Breakfast:
Banana

Lunch:
2 Lm Rosemary and red onion sausages
2 eggs
mushrooms
2 slices of wholemeal bread (heb)
tomato sauce (3)

Dinner:
bowl of homemade veg soup
scan bran (heb)
Philly (hea)
activia Yogurt

Snacks: 2 lindt balls (8)
Apple

45 mins zumba

very lazy day today apart from when i got on the wii hehe..... hopefully the fitbit will come tomo morning :D xx

thanks :) yeah ya right i can remember how i felt when i went out and it wasnt nice or lovely i just felt rubbish....
but really want to change my "confidence" issue :)

just had some rum butter so syns are now total amount of 15

might stay on here and lock my bedroom door away from the kitchen hehe xx

porridge (heb) honey (2) apple

Pasta, Passata, veg, 30g cheddar (hea)

tangerine x2 apple 2 lindt balls (8)

It's definitely how you feel yourself, my work colleagues are constantly telling me I don't need to diet but I don't feel comfortable over 9st. I'm only a shorty though at just under 5.1. Xxx

aww thanks :) but yeah its all about feeling comfortable and at this weight i cant bring myself to go out... i know its but im cancelling on people all the time so need to stop!

weigh in today going to see the christmas damage im thinking at least 3/4lb on.... anymore and i wont be happy and less or the same i can live with... been 100% tue and yday so hopefully thats helped :)

work wasnt so good yesterday. my boss asked loads of people to work a shift (all newbies aswell) and didnt ask me... theres no other events on so i need as much work as i can, i dont care that they live close to the venue they are students which come back every now and again and im fulltime therefore i should be first choice.... off now till god knows when so guna sit and search for jobs all day... guna apply for anything....
i know one of the girls doesnt wanna work on sun and they will probably ask me but i dont want to be second best... (will have to say yes as i need the money) part of me
hopes he doesnt put me on so i can just go back home for a week and spend my bday there (on tue) So either way my boss cant win haha

right lets see what this weigh in says.... xx
 
put 3.5lb on!!! im happy with that... id like to be under 11stone by the 12th but thats like nearly 6 pound so its a bit unrealistic now but if i try my hardest at least i know ive tried haha
put some taco mix in the sotw basket and apparently its high in syns!!! ive done that twice now... everyone else must think im just trying to get rid of stuff out of the cupboard syns or not but i actually thought it was low ...

fit bit should be arriving in the next hour very excited... guna attempt to go zumba tonight but the gym is free for 2 days so it willbe packed... might have to set off an hour early :D xx

I would have thought the taco mix was fairly low too...

I hope work sorts itself out for you, it's horrible when things go wrong as you have to spend so much of your time there. x
