Week 1
Preparing for another round of SW, last seen around July last year - totally off track but coming back for another try. Weight is probably more than last January, got no batteries in my scales so estimating approx 12st 10. Prob more!
So this week is my prep week, still trying to get my head around 'dieting' - psyching self up right now. Think I will start by writing down all my food, then tweeking as I remember all the rules!
Breakfast
Porridge/milk/banana
Lunch
2 toast/LC triangle
Supper
Baked pot/beans/chick/2 LC - pomegranite & ff yog
Hex A - skimmed milk
Hex B - Porridge
Snacks - mixed nuts/satsuma/apple
Syns - Mixed nuts
