Thought I'd start a wee diary now that I've been doing SW at home for a week.
I had my first WI this morning, and I lost 1.5lbs. For some reason I never get the large first week loss that most people get, but as long as I lose, I can live with that!
I'm vegetarian, so only do green days.
When I started, I weighed 13st 5.5lbs (now 13st 4lbs), which is the heaviest I've ever been. My partner and I are TTC atm, and the weight has piled on over the last 6 months as we had a miscarriage, and then an ectopic pregnancy, and I dealt with it all by eating cake. Lots of cake *Mmmmm* caaaaakkkkeeeee! I joined SW to lose some of it before we start trying to get pregnant again in March, and hopefully to stop me gaining the equivalent of an elephant once I am (eventually) pregnant.
I have various medical conditions that make exercising, or even just being active, ridiculously hard, but I've just been given a prescription for fitness through my physio to see a specialised fitness bod to help. Hopefully they'll have things I can do despite my disabilities. The first assessment is tomorrow, and I'm petrified!
