Hi everyone i'm new here, im 24 years old a mummy of a 5 year old little lady (Kara) and an 2 month old little man (Olly). and becoming a student in September studying to become a midwife so busy busy busy. :)

After years of toying with weight watchers, without any lasting success, I've decided to give Slimming World a go, and boy don't i wish i started this plan years ago, its amazing and no tiny portions and feeling deprived. i want to get this weight off once and for all, and keep it off!! i also have an exercise bike and am planning to use this at least 3 times a week to start with.

Today is my first day and my starting weight is 14st 4lbs :-( (very unhappy with this) my goal weight is to get down to 10 stone but im giving myself my first goal to lose 7lbs :), then i will give myself a little non foody treat.

feel free to correct me on my food if u see Amy mistakes im still trying to get the hang of it, its quite overwhelming, but im sure i will get the hang of it in no time :), u will be following Extra Easy, wish me luck everyone xox

first day food, can someone let me know if it looks okay please :).

Breakfast: ready brek (5)
lunch: 2 egg and in of beans on wholemeal toast (HEX B) flora light (1)
dinner: tomato n herb pasta n sauce
snacks: muller Greek style (0.5) quavers (4.5)
skimmed milk for cereal and tea (HEX A)
cheese (4)

total syns: 15

i know there is an extreme lack of superfree foods but my shopping is coming Friday so will be much better then :) xox

well first dat done and i don't feel hungry at all :) can't wait till my shopping comes Friday so Ian bulk my meals with supeefree foods and try some slimming world recipes, im very keen to try the sw quiche. Xox

well day two today and feeling motivated :) soo looking forward to all my food coming tomorrow :), heres my food diary for today, im going to use my exercise bike tonight for 30 mins during the soaps :) X

breakfast: ready break (5)
lunch: spaghetti egg wholemeal toast (hex b), cheese (4)
dinner: tuna pasta mayo and philli (3)
snacks: muller Greek style (0.5), cadbury highlight (2)
pasta n sauce tomato and herb, skimmed milk for cereal and tea (Hex A)

Here to subscribe :) good luck on your journey. Im restarting mine again tomorrow. Started sw at home on 1st Jan and in first week lost 5lb then second week was awful but still lost 1lb.

Had something similar last night myself

SW is great for those with big appetites and I can confirm it works as I lost 4 1/2 in a year using SW alone.

(Then ate biscuits crisps and other junk so didn't maintain duh)

My pics are on my food diary.

Believe in the SW magic and enjoy.

Good Luck for tomorrow! I love SW recently got back into it after Christmas. I'm doing it from home also. I keep motivated by coming on here. It realky helps x
