Wow...just been sent some holiday snaps from two weeks ago and I don't even recognise myself! I'm mortified, I can't believe I've got like this..I feel like staying in my room and never coming out. I just don't feel like myself, it's really getting me down. I keep losing, then putting back on. I have never been given a stone award and I've been doing this diet for months! I really need to get my bum into gear!
I've decided to start a fresh diary and religiously write in it..and i'm going to be 100% honest with you all as well so here goes...

I've had a total off plan today! I was weighed this morning at a different slimming world class (I normally weigh in on a saturday) & i gained 1/2lb! It is star week but i suppose that's a bit of an excuse right?

Tomorrow i'm going to stick to plan in the day and I am going out to a friends house to have a couple night and they are doing a buffet so i'll be off it then!

Then it's full boom after that! I'm going to plan my weeks and meals and hopefully i'll do well! I never want to be this size again!

I currently weigh 13st6lb and i want to get to 10st then i'll see how i feel

I'm currently a size 16/18 and i would love to be 12/14

I would love all your support and guidance, feel free to comment :D
 
So this weekend was a total right off start to finish..disappointed and I feel pretty crap! However...today is a new day and I'm determined to have a loss on Saturday morning!
I'm off to my brothers in Birmingham today so I've packed a few essentials to keep me on track :)

Breakfast Toffee muller light, apple & a banana

Lunch Went to a posh little cafe in Birmingham so I had chicken and crayfish jambalaya - it was gorgeous!! I'll add 5 syns just incase of any oil etc

Tea SW quiche muffin & hifi bar

Snacks
Fruit
Cocktail sausage (1.5?)

HEA semi skimmed milk throughout the day
HEXB mint hifi bar

So my day yesterday was brill and I stayed on plan while visiting so I'm proud of myself! It's my fellas best friends wedding in August so I've figured out that if I want to shed 4.5 stone I only need to lose about 2lb a week so this is my goal each week..lose at least 2lb, although this Saturday I don't think I'm going to lose anything after the weekend I've had!

Here's what today is looking like anyway...

Morning diary! I'm in a really good place at the minute..I feel in the zone & in control :) I had another really good day yesterday so it's keeping me motivated! Got a few clients today so that should keep me busy!

So me and the boyf went out for tea last night because we had a free night as my mum was looking after the baby, we went to chiquitos and I stayed on plan as much as I could :) I got a mexican paella and it was gorgeous!! So today we are having the tea that I planned yesterday :) I'm off to the Trafford centre today so I've filled myself up with an omelette & beans Here's what today is looking like...

Ham, mushroom & onion omelette with a side of beans

Lunch
Probably just some fruit

Tea
Chicken breast stuffed with 30g goats cheese wrapped in Parma ham (2?) served with roasted vegetables

Woo it's Friday! Weigh in is in the morning too! I'm praying for a loss after that weekend I've had!
I had another really good day yesterday and I hardly snacked! Went to the Trafford centre and resisted the Millie's cookies and all the yummy restaurants and my mum (who is also following SW) and I just had a diet coke in good old wetherspoons!

Hiya normally I do go up to 15 syns but because I didn't have a great weekend, I've tried to rein them in a bit!

So last night I went out...started good with vodka lime and soda and ended up being cheeky vimtos!! Didn't go the kebab shop after the night out just had a square (which is about 4 syns then went to bed!) usually today is eat crap all day it I woke up, had a cup of tea and made myself a SW Fry up - that's set me off for the day now!! I'm of to my mums later for a roast dinner, she's doing SW as well so should be low in syns

Hi diary, had some bad news today.. My dad has been rushed into hospital because he has chest pains, I'm so worried because he's overweight :( I can't stop crying even though I don't know what's going on

Morning diary, had a bit of a rubbish day yesterday :( which led getting a takeaway, however I did choose wisely and ordered in a penne arrabiata which I classed any oil in syns & as my HEXB . I had a few pieces of garlic bread too :(

had a bit of a shitty day today! picked a lot but all my meals have been on plan, think it may be due to me being so tired because I never slept a wink last night and my hearts not been in it
going to put today behind me and think positive...i can do it!!
