My journey to the extreme

My target weight is 8.7st, I hope to reach this goal within the next 2 1/2 months. After reaching my target will my journey to the extreme really kick in. No I am not talking about starving myself, I plan to reduce my body fat to around 15%. I'm not planning on going to extreme body building mode, I am after a result similar to the pic posted (ignore the other pics, it's just the 15% I'm interested in). This is more like an experiment to see what it will take for me to get like or near that result. I like a challenge, and this is the ultimate challenge for me. I will update on here when I can, probably to moan about something. If you have any tips or advice for me feel free to post. No negative comments please or I will have to open a can of 'whoop ass' on you :p

Had a late night workout last night, I'm part of a fitness group and we do challenges, I had to do :

Time Challenge Completed in 05:49
100 Jumping Jacks
40Air squats
30Sit ups
20 Hand release press ups
10 each leg reverse lunges

10 min rep count - I did 188 reps completed in total.

20 Burpees
40 Mountain climbs

I improved quite a bit, and I have decided that I hate hand release press ups and burpees lol. At least I know I need to work on them so they are not as nasty next time.
I am also starting 2 30 day challenges, 1 is with Curlyelm on here, we shall be doing the 30 day shred together also I am doing the catching fire 30 day challenge dailyhiit.com They have some great workouts and they also do a beginners challenge if anybody is interested. The workouts are really hard but only last around 12 mins or so and you soon notice results, a word of caution though their workouts aren't for the faint hearted! So I need to get both my day 1 challenges fitted in today, hopefully I will remember to update on here afterwards :)

If you have 1 tiny little min spare right now, get up and do some jumping jacks (star jumps), they are great for your heart and target all areas on your body. How many can you manage in 1 min? Ready, set GO!!!

So I completed day 1 of the 30 day shred this morning, I performed the advance exercises and found it all quite easy, will stick to this level for a few more days then move onto level 2 :) Need to do my other challenge in a bit, this is the one that will really burn me. Is it wrong that I am excited to do it?? Can't wait to feel the burn baby!!! :D

I completed day 1 of catching fire earlier, it was TOUGH. I was burning everywhere, feeling much better now that I have had a hot shower. Pork and steamed vegies for dinner :) Going to take my measurements tomorrow morning, I dread to see how big my waist really is.

Both day 2 challenges are completed. I am drenched and shaking from head to toe. God it feels good! Want a bath but think I may fall asleep, will play it safe and have a shower. If your reading this take a few mins and do some crunches, doesn't matter what your wearing just get on the floor and work your abs. Your core strength plays a vital role with weight loss and exercise so look after it and treat it to some crunches. I am shattered, shower time now... yay!

Finding it very cold today, want to curl up with a hot water bottle and go to sleep, NOT BEFORE I WORK OUT THOUGH :D Just waiting until after lunch when my husband and my youngest go out. I get weighed tomorrow so today I will have to eat lots of salad and fruit. I can't bring myself to eating big filling meals the day before group, I fear the scales way too much.
