Hello,

My name is Lauren, Ive just had a baby and want to lose weight. I have joined slimming world before but given up too easily. I currently weigh 12st 10lbs. Im looking to lose 2st, Ive been overweight ever since having my first child in 2008 (in fact Im heavier now than I was after having my first son!! Not good!!) My partner is also doing slimming world with me but keeping track of his own weight loss. Its going to be a challenge for him as hes not a fan of many vegetables or salads. But he is a very determined, motivated person which is good for me because Im not!! So hopefully we can support each other. So here I will write my food diary, if anyone has any tips or can see Im doing something wrong please let me know :) Here goes!

Monday 31st March 2014 - EE

Breakfast: Porridge made with milk (HXa and HXb) with chopped banana.

Lunch: Minestrone Mug Shot, Banana, Pear, 2 Yellow Plums.

Dinner: Ovenbaked Cod, SW Chips and Mushy Peas.

Snacks: 2 Celery Sticks.

Drinks: Tea / Flavoured Water
