Determined to be healthy food diary

Hi, thought I would start a food diary.

First day back on slimming world has not gone well, I was very unprepared, it included crunchy nut cornflakes for breakfast and a doughnut for my snack today, I will post the whole shocking first day tomorrow when I've worked it out properly.

But went to tesco after work and bought muller yoghurts, alpen bars, cooked chicken breast, mozzarella, mikados, baby bells and mug shots. Then went to the gym!! Also drank 2 litres of water today.

I weighed in this morning at 160.8 - aiming to get into the 150s for next week!

Tomorrow will go better - plan is muller yoghurt, grapes, alpen bars, mug shot, carrots, jacket potato, tuna, sweetcorn, cheese!

Fingers crossed going to find some diaries to subscribe to for meal ideas and motivation.
 
Day 1

Breakfast - crunchy nut 60g (11) with milk (part of HEa)

Snack - jam doughnut (11)

Lunch - chicken rice, 4 dark chocolate buttons (4)

Dinner - Pork chops, potatos, carrots, bacon with no fat

Exercise - 1 hour of gym

Water - 2 litres
