Donna's weight loss journey :)

I thought I would start a diary myself as I feel it could help me keep myself focused and also be a record of my journey and hopefully achievements. I started slimming world on Thursday and weighed in at 20st 9.5 lbs. this is not the heaviest I've been before and I'm not new to slimming world as done it before with good results. For me this is the only plan that works for me and I can get my head around, trust me I know I've tried several. :rolleyes:

My first goal is my club 10 which is 18st 8.5lbs, I think setting small goals instead of big ones would help me keep more focused and on track.

I will try and keep this diary updated as much as possible and hope that you all will support me through my journey and this helps others too.
 
Today so far :)

Breakfast: weatabix and milk
lunch: cheesy pasta made with low low cheese spread, garlic mushrooms (made using garlic fry light) and mixed salad.
planned tea: chicken stir fry and strawberries and yogurt for afters.
water and diet coke for drinks.

Correct me if I am doing anything wrong, I really don't mind. At the moment today I am really focused. It's work days that I find the hardest.
