So here is where I will begin my Slimming world Journal :) I did begin one, in the wrong thread?, and I have no idea how to move it.

I am in my second week of Slimming World and I have lost 2lbs so far, and that was on Star Week.
So I am hoping for more of the same next week or a little more ;). I am quite new to this so any advice you all have please be more than happy to chat away and share! After all, I joined minimins for support outside of the class.

So far today I have went a wee walk (30 minutes) needed out of the house and to clear my head. I also plan on going on my exercise bike for 20 minutes.

Feeling very sick today :( felt better once I ate my lunch and had a wee walk outside of the office (even thought it is actually freezing here in Scotland). But back to my desk and feeling very sickly again :( swear it is the office air...or lack of actually :(:(:(
 
I'm exactly the same I sit in a tiny office with no windows it's awful! In the winter I don't see any day light at all!!

I work in an open plan office with loads of windows! But doesn't seem to make any difference - the air doesn't circulate very well at all in here. I have clearly been out walking too much in the fresh air this weekend and my body doesn't like the change in air haha!

I would hate to see no day light at all! Although sometimes I feel like I don't see any as people close the curtains!! How depressing :(
 
So! I'm not feeling great :( been staying on plan as I don't want to fall off the wagon. When I'm ill I tend to go to fast food for convenience and comfort.

So after craving a pizza crunch with chips and cheese (omg gimme) I am now making the SW chips and using my HEXB1 for cheese (green day)

SO IAM having chips and cheese!!

I love this plan :D just hope (fingers crossed) my lack of appetite hasn't left me at a STS on the scales :( guess we will find out tomorrow!

Well done resisting the bad food :) glad to hear you feel a bit better. How did weigh in go
 
Mmmmm chips and cheese! Think I will have SW chips and egg tomorrow, will be thinking about it all night now x
 
Holy Macaroni!

Well I am back from a wee visit to Leamington Spa and something that has been boggling my brain is how to make my favourite meal (macaroni cheese) without incurring thousands of syns. AND I think i may have done it (but would need to be a GREEN day)! I like to make the cheese sauce myself (cheese sauce snob).

So here is my recipe (for two portions) that I think may work...correct me if I am wrong.

Pasta = FREE

Cheese Sauce;

Milk (Skimmed 350ml HEXA1)
Flour (4 Spoons at 14 syns)
Cheese (Chedder Low fat 80g HEXA2)

So between two that would be 7 syns!!! (this would need to be weighed so it is defo equally shared) WOWZA! I would happily use 7 syns on Macaroni Cheese...what a treat. And not only that...still have toast on the side (HEXB1)

So COULD this be done?
