Okay it's been a shaky start today

Morning - Two Slices White Bread, Bacon- Fat cut off, Musrooms. ( 8 Syns )

Dinner- Salad- Lettuce,Cucumber,Spring Onion,Tomotates,Cornbeef,Pease Pudding, Salad Cream( 3 amount of salad cream Syns )


Tea- Chicken Breast, Carrots,peas,Sweetcorn, Potatoes

Snacks: Pear,Banana,Strawberries

Total Syns 11
 
That's not too shaky! You've kept within your syns. They're there to be used - if you like white bread, spend them on that! What did you have for your Hex A and Hex B?
 
I didn't yestraday still unsure what to use, any help would be helpful I am still stuck on what to use.
 
Breakfast- Cereal mornflake with milk and a banana 5.5 syns

Dinner- 3 Ryvitas with spreadable chesses and cucumber - Hex A and B - hope am doing this correct

Tea- Chicken Dopiza with Rice - 6.5 syns

Snacks- Grapes, Melon

Snacks - PopChips Sea Salt and Black Pepper - 4.5 syns, Chocolate chip cookie 3.5 syns = 8 syns

Tea - Salad, lettuce, cumber,tomotes,salad cream (1.5 syns) two boiled eggs,coleslaw (3 1/2 syns)

Wed Brekkie- Two slices of white bread with butter (yikes) bacon and musrhooms fried in fry light (8 syns)

Ah complety forgot to do this. Friday - Aplen Light Bar - 3 syns

Dinner- curry and chips unsure of syns

Tea- Spaghetti hoops on toast (8 syns)

Saturday - Bad day

Dinner - Sandwhich from greegs - Chicken and mayo sub roll - 19.5 syns oops

Tea- Qourn lasnage (15 1/2 snys) with rosemary and garlic chips

Snacks, Nakd banna bread bar 30g oar (6 syns) -, Ice Cream, 11 syns.

Sunday.

Breakfast- Slice of toast with butter (5 syns)

Dinner - Soup with tow slices of bread 8 syns

Tea- Bolied potoates, brussle sprouts, green beans, chicken,swede,carrots and two yourshirke puddings (3 syns)

Snacks - nakd banna bread bar- (6 syns) Plum, Banana babybel gouda ( 3 1/2 syns)
