Wii Exercise with Exerbeat

I did exercise over a few months with Wii Wxerbeat. Found it a brillant way to exercise. I lost 2 stone but sadly sprained my knee.

I am now better but doing it gradually - any other ideas for Wii games - must be fun not just exercise.

I have also used Wii Fit but eventually the exercises became easy. I am hoping when the new Wii comes out they will bring out a new Wii fit.

Must admit I have a lot of wii exercise games and Exerbeat is definately my favourite of all of them.

the zumba is suppose to be good, not got it myself though, i tend to stick to the boxing my exercise coach game and wii fit.

Exerbeat is about £14 from Amazon if you ever fancy getting it - really good value about 155 different exercises.

just dance 1, 2 and 3 are all sooo much fun and get a real sweat on if you want them too there are easier more gentle dances if you don't feel up to too much xxx
