Extra Easy I don't think I'm eating enough syns?

It was easier when I was young member because I didn't have to worry too much about syns but my consultant told me that ideally I should be having 5-15 a day but that's so hard :sigh:

Over the last four days, I've had: 11 1/2, 6 1/2, 0, 2 1/2

Am I alright to keep going like this? I'm still eating plenty of food and still losing weight but I don't want to be told off for it. I thought I could just use what I had saved and buy myself a treat like a chocolate bar or something the next night I weigh in.
 
I use 7 per day and save the rest for the weekend, it suits me and I need the weekend to be flexible or I wont stick to plan. 7 does me fine each day and I dont feel deprived which is the key and prob what you consultant is worried about, do what works for you. :)
 
I have no syns in the week and use them all over the weekend :) x
 
I work on 105 per week - BUT my WI is Thursday morning and I start my "syns week" on a Friday morning. This means if I've had say 70 syns up until weighing in on Thursday morning, I have 35 syns left to use during the rest of Thursday which feels like a real treat and is still within the guidelines. It may take some time but you will figure out what works for you - good luck!
 
Being flexible with a weekly syns allowance rather than a daily allowance works for some people and for others it doesn't. Although SW is a structured programme there is an element of finding out what works for you as an individual.
