Lost SW mojo

I have seriously lost my slimming world mojo over last few weeks, so after tomorrows weight in I am starting a fresh

Any one else feel the same?
 
Until yesterday I was so off plan and disheartened! I've (mostly) managed to kick myself back on plan, but I totally get this feeling!

Good luck at WI, hopefully your mojo will come back in full force!

I was off it for the whole of December, but the scales gave me the kick up the bum I needed and now I'm loving it again :)
 
I have had 3 months off and was horrified when I stood on the scales. The last time I was this heavy I was 8 mths pregnant :sigh:. That was all the motivation I needed to get back on it and I'm happy with how my first day is going so far. Good luck finding that mojo again
 
I also lost my mojo for a couple of months and I too was horrified at the number on the scales after xmas. I've rejoined as a new member though and have a renewed sense of enthusiasm and commitment. Bring it on!

Yep, I've yo-yo'd a bit since mid November and getting my 5 and a half stone award, I think I got a bit bored and complacent. I think having the Christmas break has done me good as I'm on it again and up for it!
 
I have to keep catching myself when I'm tempted to have too many syns - a habit that developed rather quickly over Christmas! I'm just reminding myself constantly of the loss I want to see on Tuesday. I hope that once I see that loss, it will give me the boost to keep going.
 
Yes, I had a slip over NYE. I had a loss over christmas week which lulled me into a false sense of security. Then I piled it on and was gutted! I was glad I stayed at group on W I night, becaude I've had a really good think about how I've strayed from the sw path steadily over the last few months. Need to get back on track!

Maybe try getting the freebies in the paper over the weekend, or the SW magazine, it might have something new in to inspire you, wether its a story or a recipe. Maybe switch which plan you follow? or give yourself an incentive.

I stray every now and again and I find it helps to put on some of my clothes from when I first joined and REALLY see the difference, I think sometimes you forget how amazing you have done. I also have written on the back of my book the reasons I joined. Reading through these and really thinking about it, and thinking how differently I feel now is a little kick up the butt.

Failing that I text my consultant, who is THE best, totally honest and frank about his own relationship with food and what he thinks of your situation (if he thinks youre having an off week or just a whinge he will tell you to suck it up haha) but if you genuinely need help or a change hes there.
 
I lost my mojo for pretty much all of last year so am back with a vengeance and will get to target this year! x
