new to slimming world

hi,

Please help im new to slimming world and was doing ww but thought I would try something new please could you help which cereal bars are ok to eat as I do eat them a lot for my breakfast or any cereals that are good.

could you surgest any healthy pizzas to as eat them a lot on wkends.:confused:
 
Hi and welcome. I am new to this also so cant really advise but I do love porridge and it does keep you going till lunch, tend to stay away from the cereal bars as they are quite high in sugar even the lower cal ones. Good luck
 
Alpen light bars are nice and you can have 2 as your healthy extra B choice or they are 3.5 syns if not used as healthy extra! I think most pizzas are really high in syns but there is a recipe on here somewhere if you do a search for a 'smash pizza' I haven't tried it but other people seem to like it :)
 
Another alternative to the smash pizza is using a warburtons square wrap ( think they are 6/7 syns) , using your HEX A for the cheese topping and then pop free food on top, cook for 10 mins or so and a nice crispy pizza and quick too :)
 
Or if you go to Asda they have a bfree wrap that is a heb you can use as a base
