I started SW last Thursday. I am doing the extra easy plan but I don't fully understand it.

Do baked beans and peas count as superfree foods? I am very picky with fruit and veg and only eat a few so dont want to get bored quickly. do you think it would be suitable to make a syn free veg soup and have that as my 1/3 superfree with my dinner etc?

Hi beans peas sweetcorn and parsnips aren't super free, just free.
I'm the same, I don't like any salad except beetroot and I only like green beans, cabbage, carrots and Brussels so I can only pretty much have roast dinners lol.
I do envy everyone else who can eat big salads or tonnes of mushrooms peppers etc which can be added to anything

You can have superfree soup but you are meant to have it before your dinner as the idea is to fill you up and therefore limit the free food x

So what fruit & veg do you like? Have you thought of blitzing some veggies up & making say a spag bol with those veggies added?

I'm sure this question has come up loads of times before, if you do a search you'll get loads of ideas;)

Early days yet, don't worry it will all fall into place. A good way to eat superfree is frozen veg. You may not like it but you can hide it in other food, like spag bol and chilli and not even know it's there :)

Green beans, carrots, cabbage - that's a salad!!

Or a stir fry..

You can make your super free into soup but you can't make smoothies with the fruit unless you syn it. This is a common mistake new members make. If you mash, juice, bake or change the consistency of fruit in anyway it must be synned... Just something to watch out for.
