Are the scales at group ever, well, wrong?

They look pretty industrial and they must be calibrated often.

My scales at home have matched the ones at group EXACTLY every week so far. Down to the nearest half pound.
I weigh myself at home 15 minutes before I weigh at group. Digital scales, hard floor, plenty of life in the batteries.

This week I weighed at home as normal but when I got to group I was two pounds lighter. That's a big difference.

They are calibrated often. I am always 2 to 3lbs lighter at group, which is a good thing because they are the only ones that count :)

When I helped out at WW many moons ago the leader said the scales legally had to be calibrated every so often because they're taking money off customers to be weighed. I would imagine SW are the same.

If you're paying £5 a week to go to class, I would avoid jumping on the scales at home or if you trust your own scales more what are you paying for?

That is a VERY good point Mrs CC!!

Hi, I think it's a well known fact that the scales are totally wrong when
i have a gain and spot on when I have a loss. Other members of my group also confirm this to be true for them as well!

ha ha i like your thinking dudleydo. well done on the loss, if it was me i would expect to see that on the scales next week (just so as not to be disappointed) and if its still off next week your sure if defo off :D if you know what i mean......
