Wondered if anyone can help me with slimming world please!
Im doing it at home and forgotten most of it - I think its changed a bit since I last did it 10years ago !
Ive been looking at the books etc and is it right that you can eat as much fruit, veg, potatoes, pasta, fish and lean ham/chicken etc ?
So you could have chicken and pasta together ?
When I did it it was more red/green days so I thought if you have lots of pasta/rice you dont have meat ? and if you have lots of meat you dont have pasta/rice ? but it seams to be a bit different now ? SO Im a bit confused ?
