I have lost just over a stone so far with slimming world, but the last couple of weeks things seem to be getting a bit stuck. My meals are always syn free (i save them for a cheeky packet of hula hoops) and include superfree. I joined curves and have been excercising about three times a week and I have been drinking alot of water and cut out frizzy drinks. But I havn't lost a pound. Any ideas how to reboot the weight loss? Im getting a bit disheartened
