rejoined group last night and was told I didn't need a new card or change anything to log in on their website, well, just tried and low and behold, it says my card is already registered and I need to enter details of pin - that is same pin as I used as before apparently, but its not letting me log on!! so no idea what to do now....frustrated.com!!

You don't need to re-register with the PIN, just log on with the same email and password you used last time you were a member. If you can't remember your password then click the forgotten password link

Thanks, meant to add that I have been trying to do so exactly as you mention, this morning, to no avail!

OK, have gone thru process of creating new password and entering my card and PIN and still not able to log in. Have to wait til HQ open but now feel grrrr...

It happened to someone in my group. She had to contact HQ but they fixed it for her. Sorry about the frustration - is there any info you need from the site in the meantime that we can help with?

Thansk Peggy, I was unable to get online until now and HQ closed grrrrrr

I really wanted to get my access to the site and start my diary, add info, etc etc, recipes and so on...:cry:lol

Tried that first and she wasn't - she said call HQ! lol ...thanks for the suggestion
